I have a proven record of understanding the needs of the learner and what their role involves, which enables me to clearly transfer knowledge, processes and concepts into relevant and effective training.

I have strong stakeholder management skills and use a consultative approach to provide the best fit learning solutions.

As an experienced training project manager, I can take a training need from concept to completion within agreed timescales. I learn subject matter and assimilate new technologies and applications quickly, and am constantly excited to learn and use new training methods and techniques.
